I had a lovely stay at the City Art Hotel Silberstein, a charming boutique hotel with a colonial style. My room was very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, offering a nice welcome drink and helpful tips about exploring Quito. However, I found the rooms were unavoidably noisy during the weekend, though they might still be quieter than other hotels in the area.
